Vanley Burke Guest Lecture

A fantastic review of the talk by Vanley Burke can be found on Philip Grocott's blog here. Philip summarises Vanley's humorous and compelling talk in his post and discusses the key inspiring information Vanley gave the students.

My favourite exert from the post is when Philip recalls on the images and Vanley's concept of taking photographs:
It was fascinating to see pictures of local recent history and to hear of his experiences and his views. "If everyone went and took a photo of something, they would all be from different perspectives, but all true."

Vanley Burke's images, including those included in this post, can be found on Digital Handsworth
Extract by Philip Grocott, personal blog here and his website here.
